To operate a business there is need to have proper human resources and capital which
can be used in development. Human resource management is a function which is designed to
identifying vacant position, recruitment, selection, and control that can help to manage a

ready to work after adopting changes and supports to develop organizational productivity

local Travel agent based in Bolton. The people who work in organization are working with
traditional method that creates the issues in operation. The present report covers tools and
techniques that will help to improve organizational performance, role of employee wellbeing
in improving motivation, and external factors that affects a business.
