Performance of an organization comprise actual outcome of a business as measured against
its intended result. In organizational performance of people means that performance of each
employees during performance period that may be assess by administrator on the basis on
different criteria such as interpersonal skill, team or person performance, communication skill and
many more. Organizational performance mainly depend on the leader's mastery for creating

the organization to improve their performance, employees well-being role in improving
performance and motivation and PESTEL analysis for organization.

To improve the organisational performance, a business uses different tools and techniques
that make the company enable to become more stressfulness and also help to stay ahead of
competition. It is very essential for organisation to make efforts in order to improve their business
performance more effective by management the performance. In context this company should
used some techniques in order to bring more improvement in its organisational performance.
These technique re mentioned below:
