barriers to effective communication, effective strategies for overcoming communication barriers

During the time of COVID pandemic Buni Travel faced various
difficulties for run their activities smoothly and also for keeping positive
relationship with customers. Those barriers are described below -
Physical barrier: Due COVID pandemic physical barriers or distance
are highly increased between company and customer. Because at that time
people have lot of fear for travelling in various locations. Due to this the
physical visits of users are highly reduced in company which leads to
decrease their performance effectively.
Emotional barrier: - In this barrier people slowly decreased the habit
of travelling due to the fear of COVID. Due to decreasing the travelling
habit organization is not able to maintain strong positive relations with
