Recruitment and selection is a very important part of the organisation' in this process HR
manager finding the skill candidates for the vacancy position and after completing the recruitment
and selection process they provide training improve skills and knowledge (Pedersen, 2020). Hiring
right candidates helps the company to improve their performance and help to increase the profit of
the company. This report is based on BUNI Travels, it is a tour travel industry which provide
travelling services to their customers and in this report we cover job description of Business Travel
Consultant

Recruitment is main part of the HR department in this process manager try to attract the
qualified applicants for a job role and Selection is the process of selecting and identifying the
correct candidate for the job role along with after completing this selection process they provide
proper training to the candidate to improving their skills and knowledge. However if HR manager
hire wrong candidate, it will impact on their business performance and they will suffer by their
outcomes in terms of lower performance' so its important to choice effective candidate for the job
role and it can be more effective for the company.

2019) .It is beneficial to conduct the training secessions on daily basis' it will help the employees to
upgrade their skills and aware about the trends. BUNI Travels , need to maintain the 3 months staff
development plan to make their staff to be more productive and successful.
Following these steps to make development plan are listed blow:
Make action plan – Before starting the plan firstly need to identify the objective and needs of the
company and also ensure that what strategy they use and what activity they need to be performed in
action plan . It also includes aim and objectives to formulate the action plan. Company need to
make a list of task and strategies then identify it . After completing this list they assign duty to their
employees and analyse that what they need to be improve and then work on it .
Provide training -It is important for the company to provide proper tanning to their employees
because its is helpful for both the parties(Melfi,and Ward2020). If company provide proper training
secession to their employees so it will help to make them more productive in their workplace and it
also help to enhance their learning skills and gain knowledge. Skills play a important role to
making the candidate more productive along with it can be beneficial in terms of financial and
promotional benefits.
Analysing the actions- After providing training secessions HR manger should be monitor that the
employees skills are improve or not and also analyse the performance of the company. This thing
helps to identify the strength and weakness which is based on development plan should be made.
