Organisation function refer to operate business activities in a continuous form(Brewster
and Söderström, 2017). It helps in reducing additional expenses, keeps performance consistent
for growth of business. This report is based on Burberry, it is British luxury fashion industry that
deals in apparel, footwear, fashion industry etc. Its headquarter is in London, U.K. This report is
considers various function of an organisation.
MAINBODY

It is very important for run any enterprise or bring a positive growth. Following are
discuss venture obligation.
Human Resource: It simply define separation of business into different segment and
select a right person for achieve a specific goal. It involve recruiting , screening, hiring,
training and development. This plays a crucial role in Burberry, It can handle life cycle of
employees through managing their talent and retain workforce within business. The
major importance of HR in this company is develop and changing culture of organisation
and try to come up with new innovation.
Marketing: It refers to an activity of buying and selling goods and services from
producer to consumer. The role of marketing in Burberry, it focus on making strategy
related to promotion through traditional or modern approach. It can grab attraction of
customer through several modes. It is more significant in this organisation as it can
identify those area for advertising their product where customer has ease to reach and
create a business plan according to desire of customer.
Production: It is a process which can collect raw material to convert into finished
goods(Brewster, 2017). The role of production in Burberry, as it make their own iconic
trench coats and then supply into global market. Significance of this obligation is to
