milestone for the development of the project are required to be kept in check. The dates
for the each of the milestones for the project are developed at the start of the project and
after reaching a milestone the project is to be reviewed. The slack time and time
remaining are to be kept track of remaining part of the project and the time remaining for
the project. The major milestones of the project are project approval, project budget and
timeline allocation and project implementation. The action plan for the development of
the project has been described and the architecture designs are required to be obtained
within the given timeframe. Hence, it is important that these action plan are required to
kept in check and hence, this requires maintenance. The project should be starting on
time and the procedures of the project should be completed on time. In case of delay the
resources are required to reallocated so that the project is completed on time.

be used for the detailing the project requirements. The Gantt chart is to be developed for

project team that they can understand the ability of each of their team mates and are sure
about their abilities, so that they can easily estimate the time required for the completion
