1. Project Description
According to the government study, it is observed that the Burnaby hospital needs
expensive renovation and upgrade. It is observed that the cost of the upgrade will be too
expensive to consider and therefore, it would be better to relocate the hospital. The project aims
in construction of a new Burnaby hospital.

The project chosen aims in developing an entirely new Burnaby hospital as the cost of
upgrade of the new hospital is estimated to be more expensive than development of an entirely
