Introduction
There is no senior management
authority which can monitor the
performance of the company on the
regular basis which is the biggest
barrier.
As it is the small company so there
were less employees in the
company so the drivers has to work
more 6 days a week and work 12
hours in a shift.
The drivers does not get the enough
time to communicate with the other
employees as they just pick up and
drop off the keys.
After the training of the drivers has
completed there was just the little
contact with the senior authority
which was creating the issues in the
communication.
The drivers are working under
pressure so in stress they talk very
rudely and intolerant way with the
customers.
There are many drivers who don’t
known how to speak in English
which was also creating the issue in
the communication with the
customers.
