INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are very useful to inspire the students to become more effective learners.
Academic integrity means a procedure in which student maintains the decorum of the institution
and this is related to the five pillars like trust, honesty, respect, fairness and responsibility These
values are very essential for the firm as this helps the institution in maintaining a good
environment in the business. This file covers time management skills in the life of scholar with
the use of reflection, key resources utilised to influence the ability of study with its module and
the development in academic abilities. This will also cover whole summary based on the
academic integrity and plagiarism and the summary of online book which is related to it
(Ingwersen, Aggerbeck and Nielsen, 2021).
TASK 1
Demonstrate skills of time management by making a timetable for study.
Time management refers to the process and capability to use time efficiently and profitably. It
will help in managing the time so that it will help in taking care of all the responsibilities and
motivate the students for coordinating with work and actions to increase the power of all the
efforts done by a person. Good management of time will help in doing a smart work not the
difficult one. This will help in doing the work in a very less time as I have also managed my time
with a proper planning of work and by making a time table (Ericsson, 2020). This time table
contains all the activities that I want to perform like spending my time in games, study, relax
time and family time.

learning all the topics of every subjects with a proper review. This time table has helped me to
follow my study program and also in providing a better time to my family as well as friends
(Bawa, 2018). This has helped me in making my career with full of opportunities.
Pomodoro Technique
This is a method of time management system which motivates a person to execute a project
within a punctual manner rather than going in the opposition with it. This technique is in use to
divide the whole work in parts which is very aidful in the management and in achieving the
whole work on time. This technique is very helpful for maintaining the effectiveness of this
schedule as the productivity increases by taking proper breaks with a time. This will help in
managing the work with the time they have.
Gibbs Reflection Model
This is a model which helps a person to think clearly in a systematic manner about different
circumstances during a specific work and make an official document (Dolev and Leshem, 2017).
This was developed for completing the purpose of this model to understand with the help of
different experiences. Description: This element requires a real and a very factual definition of the incident. It
is very crucial for me to make a time table so that my essential task will be accomplished
on time. I have also implemented this method to keep away from an excess amount of
work that helps me in being comfortable from time to time. Feeling: The incident which is determined above helped me in generating an effective
environment in my living standard. I have significantly improved my percentage over the
time which aided me in accomplishing all the goals. I was also capable in tracking my
work that I am doing over the past days. Evaluation: The good thing that I have examine was that I was able to lead all the work
very effectively and my grades get modified. Analysis: With the use of both time table and this technique, it helped me in a lot of
factors like perfect schedule of time which has helped me in achieving all my aims and
goals. Because of the burden, there is a requirement to divide my time table and exceed
some time in several topics which was again helpful for me in managing my total work.

Conclusion: With the help of above discussed model, it can be concluded that creating a
time table is very effective method of managing the duration of a time which is verified
to be very flourishing for me to accomplish all the projects.
Action Plan: This is created by me in order to implement the time management very
efficiently. I have implemented a stop watch which constantly remind me of the time in
which I need to start my work.

understanding and keeping that content for the future aim (Khoiriyah, 2020). Google: This has aided in an excessive manner like searching for the things which I
don't know about any subject. This has assisted me in determining or observing all the
things That is not present in the academic books. This has also helped me in
understanding a good quantity of excess knowledge about a specific topic. A Stop Watch: This has assisted me very effectively in following the complete time table
which I have made. This has helped me in regular noticing myself for the time which I
require to dedicate in a particular task. This has helped me by switching on the alarm for
it and providing me the pop up message that I have to accomplish this work in this extent. Books: This is the other and a very crucial resource which has assisted me a lot at the
time of my learning. It has also helped me in keeping some time off from the screen that
