The trait of sensing is defined by processing of information under reference of
concrete or realistic information. A person who has high sensing quality can be regarded as a
good observer and mainly recalls on previous facts and details while executing work
(Fretwell, Lewis & Hannay, 2013). Being a sensor, I mainly rely on concrete and provable
facts. Like love noticing details while keeping my feet firm over the grounds of reality and
practicality. I mainly vouch on my past experience and knowledge. Like when I am asked to
execute a work, I mainly follow the previous established pattern in order to work in an
organised way and do not experiment with any kind of innovation. I feel unwanted
innovation might lead to sudden failure.
The main quality of a thinker includes logical reasoning while staying unbiased and
impractical. Other qualities include making objective decision, seeking for justice and
consistency while keeping a competitive edge (Potgieter & Coetzee, 2013). Being a thinker I
always vouch for justice for all and while taking decision I judge the materialistic benefits.
The percentage of feeler trait in me makes me vouch for harmony and feel for people while
engaging with their emotions.

creating a plan and following that strictly, adhering to the schedule and setting specific goals
in order to maintain the focus. Other traits include having a clear set of expectations and

competitors, singers and other artists in the music industry. According to Butkovic, Ullén &
Mosing (2015), having talent in music is not comprehensive to survive in competitive world
like music. Effective management of the public relations (PR skills) helps to increase
recognition and contacts in the industry along with self-promotion. These projection of self in
the market helps to flourish in the competitive world. This extrovert personality will help me
to get noticed and thereby helping to execute my talents and work on new genre of music.
Extrovert personality will also help me approach and interact with new people and thereby
helping me to enrich my knowledge in music further.
My personality is also a blend of sensing verses intuition. The trait of sensing will
help me to observe the sounds sensations and other details. Sensation and detailing is an
important aspect of life of singer and musicians (Corrigall, Schellenberg & Misura, 2013).
Sensing the tempo, bass and the rhythmic symphony will help me to prosper as a music artist.
Moreover,, my intuitive focus helps me to work on innovation and creativity. This creative
sense of my will help to experiment on lyrics and on my vocal cords.
Challenges of personality type in relationship to career choice
Though I consider my extrovert trait as one of the strength of my personality, I feel
that it can become one of the challenges in my personality. Durante (2013) is of the opinion
that people who are extrovert might end up indulging in controversial conflicts with other
groups or individuals due to their upfront nature. Moreover, Durante (2013) Durante (2013)
also stated that over-communication might also lead to breaching of the ethical issues of
maintenance of the privacy, confidentiality. Privacy and confidentiality is an important aspect
in life of an artist and thus must the strictly maintain.

Likes and dislikes about personality
My personality says that I am a thinker and this helps me to nurture unbiased and
impartial attitude towards others and also help me to seek for consistency and justice. This
attitude of mine will help to work as a team with different group of musicians while avoiding
conflicts. Being a thinker also helps to keep up a competitive state of mind. However,
Swarnalatha and Prasanna (2013) stated that always having a competitive state of mind might
hamper mental peace as the person always compares him or her with others and thereby
creating a barrier in relishing ones-own success.
At personal level I would like to say that, I am a judge. I love to create the plan before
initiation of any work and try to stick to that plan. I think this trait of mine makes me a
disciplined person. Woods and Sofat (2013) are of the opinion that a disciplined person is
more likely maintain ordered-ness in like and stay confident and positive before initiation of
any activity.
Limitation of the personality assessment tool
One of the limitations of this personality assessment tool is, it does not judges the
answer based on the age and the gender of the person. Robinson et al. (2013) stated that the
personality and the answer type and its underling behaviour behind answering the questions
or perspective of thinking changes with age, experience. This thought process also differs
with gender. However, this personality assessment tool does not take into consideration of the
age and gender and thus personality assessment can be biased.
