Our group had a positive dynamic, and members trusted each other and this made it easy to work
towards a collective goal.
Roles and responsibilities were assigned to each member and this offered direction to what member
was supposed to research on.
Open communication and sharing of ideas were highly encouraged
Members were encouraged to discuss their views or share them anonymously.
Every member was encouraged to realize the positive contribution of others and this gives members
encouragement to the participant and brings forth their views.
Use of teamwork and proper communication enabled the success of this report
Evident OTP issues in the teamwork during the process
One of the main issues was difficulties in decision making. This mainly was mainly because each
member rigidly adhered to their positions during the process of decision making. A lot of time was
taking during making a decision due to repeated arguments instead of introducing new information.
