Concern areas of the Swinburne students:
From the research study, I concluded that the requirement of the client is to point out the
concern areas of the Swinburne students for finding out their first opportunity of work at the
university level. The focus should be given on stages of the study so that the Swinburne
students successfully plan out their career during their curriculum. The student should have a
clear idea about the internship program organized by the Swinburne University. The
Swinburne students should have a clear idea about the challenges and obstacles which they
should have to be faced during their placement at the professional level.
Start thinking of the career:
The student of the Swinburne university should look upon the career in the last (Fourth year)
semester of their curriculum studies.
Swinburne advantage in relation to WIL placement:
The essential requirement of the client is to be ready for the new job opportunity in the world
of competition. The readiness of the students makes them able to grab the best opportunities
which knock at their door step. The swineburne organization helps in increasing the working
experience of the student at the workplace. They get an opportunity to work on the real
working projects of the industries which helps in increasing the level of experience to face
the challenges comes forward in their professional curriculum activities. The possibility of
continuation of the employment can be increased with the increasing level of valuable
working confidence in the student.
Biggest advantage of Swinburne student:
The skills and talent of the graduate students can be sharpening by having the real life
working experience on the industrial projects. The student can choose the profession of their
own choice at the Swinburne undergraduate program (Tackoen, 2017). The placement and
the internship program are organized for the students at the university level to prepare them
for facing the challenges in the professional curriculum in the near future. The capabilities,
skills, knowledge, and talent is enhanced by placing the student in research project,
internships, real life industrial projects, and others. The student should participate in the
accreditation placement for enhancing their working experience for the future. The

student according requirement of the corporate world.
Factors for professional placement:
The student gets the opportunity to new enhance their working experience for the shorter
period of time. The integration of the industries allows the student to be authentic participants
at the working platform of the industrial projects (Hales, 2015).
Student expectation
They get a better idea to resolve the challenging situation at the work place. The learning
experience of the undergraduate student can be enhanced for developing the skills of
leadership and mentorship in the coming future.
Key solution for improving biggest obstacles:
The arrangements of industrial tour, internship program, industry linked projects,
accreditation placement, and work integrated learning tours helps in preparing the student for
their bright future.
Communication channel:
The online portal of the Swinburne university is the best communication channels for making
bonding between teachers, student, and industries.
University helps in professional placement:
The University organised two types of placement program for the participating students. The
first placement program is the full time placement of the student in the participating
industries depending upon the skills and talent of the student (Lawson, 2015).
It helps the student to gain long term working experience on the industrial projects. The
other placement program is the internship program which is for the period of two months or
more according to the requirement of the industries. The student gets the opportunity to new
enhance their working experience for the shorter period of time (Wuest, 2016).

Identification of the information requirement and the potential sources of information
The students have to register in the Swinburne universities for checking the eligibility criteria
resumed by the university. After the confirmation of the eligibility criteria student are advised
to fill the registration form at the online portal.
Details of student registration
The student have to provide their basic information such as student ID, first name, Last name,
email, contact number, course, specialization, placement program, and others. The enrolled
student should comply with the tuition fees asked by the university which is about $ 1500 per
semester. The disabilities and the health condition of the enrolled student are checked for the
professional placement at the workplace. The reports of the health condition should be
submitted at the University to get enrolled in the placement program of their own choice
(Eason, 2017). The professional skills of the student can be improved by managing the
competition to be placed by the university. The competition is organized in the enrolled
student for the professional placement at the work place. For example, Out of 708 students,
only 183 students can participates in the professional development placement program.
The swinburne University offers high quality teaching propaganda and the flexibility in the
choice of professional program. The work integrated learning program helps the student to
enhance their skills and talents required for the professional level by working on the real life
industrial project during their curriculum of the graduation program (Wilson, 2016).
The enthusiasm and the willpower of the student helps in improving the work based learning
skills during the course of their graduation program.
Review of personal skills, discipline knowledge, and etc:
The final semester of the graduation program provides me the opportunity to accomplish by
learning experience at the Swinburne university which is capable of enhancing the working
experience, skills, and talent of the student in the industrial project (Hainwesson, 2015).
During the research study at Swinburne university, I experienced the theoretical and the
practical experience of getting professional experience at the graduation level.
I have been the part of the industrial tour organized by the Swinburne University. There I get
aware of the professional tactics which should be undertaken by the student while working on
the industrial projects. I had also participate in the accreditation placement to enhance the

specific skills for the professional placement which are required for my career. The
Swinburne University provides highly qualified and quality teachers to sharpen the
professional skills of the student during their industrial tour and internship program.
The completion at the university level to be a part of the placement program the students are
able to enhance their learning skills and enthusiastic working power. The students are having
the freedom to select the placement program of their own choice according to the requirement
of the future career. They prepare the student for the future placement of the student in the
professional field. I have experienced the working in the team on the professional industrial
project provided during the industrial tour.
Conclusion:
The Swinburne University prepares the student for placing the student in the corporate sector
in the coming future. The arrangements of industrial tour, internship program, industry linked
projects, accreditation placement, and work integrated learning tours helps in preparing the
student for their bright future.

Personal Learning Development plan
Learning Objective:
During the curriculum of the working experience with the Swinburne university, I am able to
enhance by skills and talents so as to be capable of getting new job opportunity. I am
equipped with the professional qualities like punctuality, leadership, team management,
confidence, observational skills, and etc. The practical working on the industrial project helps
in gaining the experience to face the challenges in the professional working at the industrial
projects.
Methodology:
In the coursework, I learn that the assignment of the professional work should be completed
regularly on the daily basis. The punctuality in the written and practical work helps in
achieving the goal life with ease. The information should be noted down which is collected
from the different sources such as offline and online sources during the research program.
The practical experience on the industrial projects helps in improving the organizational skills
and the team working capabilities of the student. The collection of the data from different
sources helps in breaking down the assignment tasks in different module to carry out them
correctly and in the presentable manner. The presentable skills is enhanced during the
working curriculum in the internship and industrial tour organized by the Swinburne
University. The preparation of the written notes during the practical working at the industrial
tour helps me a lot in completing my research report. The writing skills can be enhanced with
the practical knowledge gained at the professional working at the industrial tour.
Challenges:
During the curriculum and the research study program, the biggest challenge which I face
was to make a balance between graduation studies and the internship and industrial tour
organized by the Swinburne University for Research Study to get the practical experience of
enhancing professional skills. I have given the priority to the real life experience working on

the industrial project which I get opportunity during the research study plan of the last
semester. The biggest threat is to experience the team working in the industrial project.
Measuring the success:
The success can be measured by the grades achieved in the end of the graduation program.
The presentation skills of the project help in measuring the experienced gain during the
curriculum activities of the research program. The assessment of my work can be done
through the articulation of the written project report which is submitted after the completion
of the research study program. The real life working experience at the industrial project helps
in improving the observation and the speaking skills. The success of the presentation of the
project report helps in analysing the achievement of the research studies. During the
industrial tour, I get aware of the professional tactics which should be undertaken by the
student while working on the industrial projects. The hard work of the two months and the
experience at the industrial tour can be measured with the end product of the research
curriculum program which are project report and its presentation. The success of the
presentation helps in developing and increasing confidence level in me.
