INTRODUCTION
In order to interpret the results, there are several kinds of analysis implemented in the
business. In this regard, on the basis of given situation, method could be applied that help to
understand the results (Röver, 2014). In the present reflection report, individual reflection has
been explained towards the business analysis.
REFLECTION
In respect to determine the principles of marketing and communication in digital world,
thoughts and emotional reaction considered in the process. In this way, I had learned several
things that are implemented in the process. In this process, implementation of the new product is
well developed. In the present group performances, evaluations and benefits of working in team
has been developed that assists to attain desired results at workplace. There are different stages
of group development has been implemented that helps to grow creative results (Raes, Van den
Bossche and Dochy, 2015). In this manner, Tuckman model of the group development has been
implemented which assists to understand the performance of the people. In this way, different
characteristics of people are combined in particular group that assists to implement creative
results at workplace. In this regard, differences in personalities also took in the time which make
successful project in the business.
With the help of Tuckman developed successful group formation of work considered
understands cooperative work together. All people share their ideas and views to maintain
relationships with each other. Furthermore, different stages also implemented that assists to
considered creative results at workplace (Haines, 2014). It includes forming, storming, norming
and performing. In the first stage of the group development, I have created bounding with all
members in the group with identity. Further, common goals are also devoted in the large amount
that implemented as the brainstorming. In addition to this, timeline also established with specific
event and deadlines as well. It is the best way to understand the creativity of group member in
the development. Furthermore, in the next stage of group development every people engaged
with other arguments that are related with the structure. In this way, information is also included
to perform several functions and operations in the business. Miscommunication also underpinned
with collaborative roles and responsibilities (Forsyth, 2018).

However, there are my two colleagues who did not share their ideas and views for
common understanding which expected from them. Further, they are also unable to understand
things for which they are responsible exactly. In my context, it is significantly emotional and
represented in the great struggle. Powerful conflict creates major impact in the entire group due
to lack of cohesion and also make me confused and frustrated (Boyd, Bee and Johnson, 2014). In
respect to avoid this, some important rules and regulations are also implemented in which
collaboration and sharing developed. In addition to this, I had believed that executive help me to
understand and solve issues to manage conflicts. With the help of the open communication,
every person listening is needed at workplace. In order to manage and solve the problems,
communication play vital role to make successful results with everyone opinion. Hence, results
in the norming stage considered as the solving issues and conflicts for development of group. It
helps to make strong sense of harmony among people. Moreover, I had feeling that I am able to
communicate in creative aspect and make stronger group in systematic manner (Levi, 2015).
With the help of social media tool, important information could be shared between the groups
that assist to create systematic results.
With the help of proper and transparent communication, information could be shared into
the timely manner. In this way, targets and goals will be accomplished in desired manner. In
order to take participation of different people, it is important to share information with all
members at workplace. Transparency helps to make communication easy that assists to set
targets and goals at workplace. Further, in next phase the strongest things developed with each
other. Therefore, all people work together to make some important corrections in the
presentation (Raes, Van den Bossche and Dochy, 2015). Although problems are also appeared at
beginning of the work. Beside this, problems are continuously taken place in the whole work so
that entire experience transformed into the positive aspects. Strong team players are also
accepted in the perspective without any criticism.
In order to sum up the writing on the self-reflection, own development will be considered
greatly impact. Hence, group work highly promoted to create soft skills among different people
and understand new things in the business. With the help of the Tuckman development stages,
self-reflection helps to developed creativity among the group. In respect to increase skills and
performance objectives also attain in desired manner (Haines, 2014). Plans and objectives will
help to maintain creativity and understand the high performance teaming. In the group based

objectives, main group dynamics also present in the whole process. It assists to create group
dynamic at workplace. In order to implement new activities, design of the several functions and
development will be included in the group development. In this way, group performances will be
increasing through implement high experience transformed in positive way. With the help of the
activities of Tuckman model, skills also present in members to make creative results.
In respect to consider the group development among my colleagues, it can be stated that I
performed my job very well. Therefore, aims and objectives of group performance will be
achieved in systematic manner. In order to understand the high performance, teaming requires
time and careful management which based on the group and dynamic process as well. With the
consideration of all people participation, group development will be considered in systematic
manner (Raes, Van den Bossche and Dochy, 2015).
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that group development play very important
role in success of the skills and development. In this consideration, Tuckman model has been
applied that implement with several kinds of strategies to form group development skills.
Furthermore, in this way, different people take part to attain desired results in the group.
