time allocated for the project is the
major constraint
• The scope of the project can be
enhanced by effective project planning
• Any changes in the cost of project is
needed to be accepted since the time
allocated for the project cannot be
compromised.

Changes in Schedule
• Changes in the project schedule is
observed in CMP project.
• If the project is scheduled without
considering the issue of resource over-
allocation, it was possible to complete
the project within 16 September
• However, while solving the problem of
resource allocation the end date of the
project changed to 29 September.

delayed that further and hence project
was accelerated
• To accelerate the project, certain
changes in the resources are made.
• As a result the end date of the project is
accelerated to 18 September 2020
