From the above study of global consultancy company which affects from various external
forces of country its essential to understand different forces of various countries for long term
organization effectiveness. I analysed that individual country has different rules and regulations
which impacts or affects on business efficiency. Also, I evaluated that not only external forces
impacts on performance of company it also influences and affects from the function of
management as well. I recognized that senior authority develop continues new practices from
evaluation of external forces analysis of internal business forces. But different human behaviour
their cultural activities badly impacts on individual attraction and behaviour toward with the
business. I identified from the Japan country working culture and their management of employee
is very different from others. Because they contentiously try to focus on effective productivity
with ow distribution of work to individual which is very effective approach for long term
substantiality. But from the knowledge about this factor consultancy company identified that in
this country people take higher cost in terms of salary distribution because they engage so many
employees for small object. So it's been identified that this country management culture mainly
affects unspoken rules (Donner, Gohier and de Vries, 2020). Also, I analysed that business
expansion and globalization term make conflicts in business management because it requires
strategic approaches and for the strategic approaches require effective decision-making as well.
And I analyse that Japan country is one of the most the fastest growing and higher technology
expert country in terms of innovation and effective machinery engagement for performing task
so its beneficial approach to long term sustainability of business in Japan country because they
do have expertise in technology and innovative work culture expansion. But the major things
which essential to recognize for business set-up in new area is different culture behaviour
management which is very complex task for management of various aspects. I analyse when I
understand the major issues which comes from cultural activities that is lack of motivation and
training as well which impacts organization culture efficiency (Kraśnicka, Głód and Wronka-
Pośpiech, 2018). Because individual when provide services in new area and business
management or authority when concern to situate organization in new market they do have duty
to develop training sessions, new language practices, flexibility, application of new culture and
many more has power to develop long term growth or sustainability.

also proceed to hire the talent so that they will understand the cultural belief, it will help them to
prepare the strategies that meets the demands of the customer.
