Introduction
The report is made regarding the effective and non-effective way of communication in daily life.
There are several areas where people work like in offices, big corporate cultures, cinemas,
shopping centers, call centers, etc. so in every filed the way of communication is required. In this
report, the major way of communication which is included are email, television, radio, telephone,
computer, etc. which helps in communicating with the people to the different modes (King, et al.,
2015). In this report, two well-constructed communication and two poorly constructed
communications will be stated. The basic communication theory which can improve the poorly
constructed theory in the day to day life will also be enhanced.

and due to which it is considered as the most appropriate and effective way of communication.
While sending and receiving the email the mailing costs are nil as it is used through the internet.
With the email the communication can be done by sending the messages, files, presentation,
documents and the videos (Katis, et al., 2014).
The company does not have to pay any expense on the internet is needed for doing this way of
communication. Email is easy to reference and even the attachments can be stored securely so

to be sent to the number of the employees by the company so they use the email mode of the
communication as it is convenient to send a large number of the employees at the same time. So
the biggest advantage of this method is that the number of messages can be sent to a large
number of people with multiple copies (Sibeenhaar, 2017). Another benefit of this effective
communication is that a carbon copy of an email can be sent to the other number of people. This
way of communication can be done through a long distance so it is the most accessible and free
way of communication.
Mobile
It has been seen the most used way of communication in day to day life is the mobile or the
telephones. The company services centers and even the shopping centers of working centers use
the telephones for doing the communication through their employees and even the customers
(Bienas, et al., 2015). Mobile is an effective way of communication as it serves the quality
services and has higher flexibility in doing the communication. Through the mobile not only the
communication through verbal has done but the written communication by sending messages is
also done. Mobile is the best way to communicate even within the working place as it increases
the ability of the people to communicate. Several modern apps are used to communicate the
people so with the help of the mobile greater access can be done.
The network capabilities are improved so carrying a cellphone anywhere helps in communicating
to any distance. The cost used for this communication is effective and helps in attaining the
customer’s attraction also. In mobiles, the internet is accessed so the email can be done through
using the mobiles. There are several attachments can be done like files, presentation, documents,
and videos through the mobile app technologies (Tan, et al., 2014). It creates real-time avenue

Radio
Radio is the entertainment and the advertisement way of communication which is effective for
promoting the things and gathering the audience. But it is not an effective way to communicate
when as it is the only audio medium of communication as people not access this way of
communication every time (Simmons-Mackie, 2018). Even the radio way of communication is
often unclear so people do not found it relevant. Even the communication which has to make
secretly then this form of communication is not acceptable. The radio communication is complex
and has a less visual appeal which is the biggest challenge faced in this communication.
If people are not actively listening to the radio then they can mislead to the information. The
frequency is not proper so people have to adjust with this form of communication. As compared
to the other mode of communication the radio has fewer channels so they do not have effective
communication (Hung and Lin, 2013). It is not necessary that whenever communication is made
the people are listening to the radio so the advertisements cannot reach the wide target audience.
Even the use of radios in today's life has become less as people use radio majorly for listening to
the songs and there are several various modes through which the songs can listen so the
accessing of this mode of communication has become less effective.
TV
It is not considered as an effective way of communication as it is majorly done for entertainment
purposes only. For accessing the news and for getting entertained this is the best way of
communication but if the person wants to interact and show their feelings to each other then it is
not effective (Morgan, et al., 2017). Television has its setbacks and even sometimes the content
of the communication is also illicit and vulgar which affects the people. Television is the
antisocial way of communication which is used majorly nowadays but it is not effective as it has
limited community influencers.

Communication Accommodation Theory is the best way of communication as it describes that
people should adjust their communication style as per the situation. The communication should
be molded as per the people involved and the situation’s so that an effective way of
communication at the working place can be done. Howard Giles created this communication
theory and stated that to maintain the relationship effective communication is required. The
cultures never talk to each other so this theory has a major emphasis on the intercultural senility
between the different cultural backgrounds and between the individuals also (Meuter, et al.,
2015).
This communication theory is very important as it helps in evaluating the similarities and the
differences while communicating in the behavior, gesture, and speech based on the culture and
experiences. This theory of communication helps in the way of thinking and living to the people
and also impact directly in our daily life.
