INTRODUCTION
 The academic skill and professional development helps individual in growing their
knowledge and the skills according to the changes in the environment.
 The raise in the knowledge and the skill of the any learners helps them in becoming
more efficient towards their studies. Their efficiency of learning enhances.
 This presentation will discuss the challenges of studying business management and
thriving in professional practice.
 This presentation will also address the importance of effective academic and
professional skill's development. Further, this report will also discuss the one skill that
is very important

Challenges Faced by the students-
 There are various challenges that any student face during their business management in the school. Some
common problems are as follows-
 New surroundings-
 The students constantly face the problem of adjusting to the new surroundings.
 New environment conditions are difficult to live in.
 Moving to the different city is never as easy task.
 Learning only becomes easier when the students are comfortable with the environment.

 New people-
 Meeting new people in business school and to interact with them is another task for the students.
 Finding same minded people to learn more in the school is a difficult challenge that students face.
 It is difficult for the students to have clear process of communication as only like-minded people can easily talk
and exchange ideas.

 Scheduling-
 The professor in business management school gives many assignments to the students.
 They need to create groups, prepare presentations and build their professional skills.
 The schedule also helps the students in getting more marks.

 Team work-
 Team work is important skill that helps students in learning and working in the group
tasks.
 This is quite challenging for the students that prefers working alone rather than in team.
 Team work is challenging but helps in increasing the performance of the student.
 Team work also built other skills like the time management, coordination, leadership
etc.

 Building Academics-
 Indulging only in studies does not help in developing students in all aspect of
life.
 The other academics are also essential to develop a student.
 But students find it difficult because of the time constraint that they face
during their studies in the business management school.

The importance of effective academic and professional skill's
development.
 The various academic and professional skills involve time management skill, computer
skills, the research skills, self-discipline skill, etc. The importance of the skill's
development cannot be describe easily as all the set of skills that students learn during
the course of the business management will help the students in many different ways.
Different students learn different skills and apply them in real life according to their life
situation and the problems. But some common advantage that one gets from skill
development are as follows-
 Expansion of the knowledge base-
 Networking opportunities-
 Opportunities and increase earning capacities
 Boost confidence and the credibility-

Other benefits are as follows-
 Motivation and the enthusiasm to study more is the most important that increases with
the improvement of the academic skills.
 Higher test grades are the result of the effective and focused studies which in turn is
improved because of the confidence that one learns with the professional development.
 The communication becomes smooth with the teachers as the student learn
communication skills while learning all the academic skills.
 The increase understanding of the students for learning by maximizing their best efforts
towards the studies.

The communication skill:
 The communication skill is the ability to convey and share the ideas and the feelings of
the individual in the effective way.
 The communication skills can be improved by listening carefully, looking who you are
talking, managing the body language, checking the words before speaking, talk in brief
manner and in specific way.
 The communication skill are of different types written communication skill, oral, non-
verbal, active listening and contextual communication skills. The listening is
considered one of the most important skill in the communication context and it is one
of the most important aspect of the communication.
 Communication skills are important because it will help in getting the essential that
allows others and yourself to understand the information more accurately and in quick
way.

CONCLUSION-
 From the presentation discussed it can be seen that the students face many difficulties
while going to the business management school. The difficulties they grow through
increases their abilities and the academic skill to perform better in studies. Further, this
presentation also discusses the importance of the academic skills in the student’s life.
Only studies are not important but all the professional skills that an student learn during
the school journey plays important role in determining the future opportunities.
