INTRODUCTION
There are a lot of challenges which are present in fulfilling a task and there is going to be
a detailed reflection on this. It is according to the issues and problems, there is going to be an
action plan as well which is going to be present so that there is going to be higher performance
level which is going to be present so that the task can have maximum outcome.
MAIN BODY
1. Discussion of the report
There are three challenges which are going to be discussed in the report further which are
T-shirt challenge, Apprentice challenge and presentation challenge. These challenges have to be
improved and made sure that right decisions are being taken so that the knowledge is going to be
higher and individually the targets and goals are going to be achieved as well which is the aim of
everyone.
2. Reflective writing in each challenges including the skills gained
Presentation challenge
It is very important to have good presentation skill According to the time period and
frame which has been provided by the teacher. That is the time frame we just provided to all the
teams and in that time frame it is very important that important discussions are being discussed.
During these important discussions it is very important to make sure that the communication
between the topic and the audience is common (Lyken-Segosebe, 2017). The environment which
the colleagues are in and their capacity to take and information have to be high in order to be
able to achieve the success. Understanding the audience and then using the right technique to get
their attention in the information which is being passed is very essential and can be very helpful
for the team to be able to give out the right information.
Apprentice challenge

It has to be good creativity an experience which is required in the team to be able to
achieve the goals and targets which are present. That are a lot of problems and issues which are
going to rise when innovation and invention is taking place in the organisation which is going to
be very good for the performance level. There has to be good communication when this factor is
being provided to the employees so that there is going to be a better sense of direction which is
going to be present. higher functioning is important in a business so that that is going to be good
teamwork and the targets and goals are going to be achieved faster making the task be present
with the high standard of the company (Martin, 2018). Team working and communication are
two very important factors to make the task be achieved on time with good quality and
maintained standards of the company and self skills are going to be evaluated in this method.
T-shirt challenge
It is very important that there are right phase which are being used on the t-shirt so that
that is going to be good communication and capture the attention of the audience. It is very easy
to hurt the feelings and emotions of the audience therefore it requires high attention and requires
good functioning so that there is going to be better functioning which is going to be present.
Time management is another important factor which needs to be present in the phase which is
being used so that that is going to be higher functioning and the event is going to be a success
(Young and Gutierrez, 2019). With little print there has to be a greater communication which has

method. There are a lot of tasks which are present but this is also very important factor which the
team came across and a great challenge as well which we overtook.

To be able to have higher branding of the company in the market it is very important to
have the right skills and to improve them with time. The competition in the market is increasing
therefore it is very important for the company to have good operations so that the effectiveness is
going to be present. Time management and communication are very important factors for the

individual and business to have so that they would be able to operate effectively and smoothly in
the market.
Tuckman Theory of teamwork
To be able to have good relationship with the team and make the tasks be completed on
time which is going to be good for the targets and goals to be achieved, Bruce Tuckman has
given this framework (Nobles, 2019). There are four stages which are in this framework which
are forming, storming, norming and performing which are going to be discussed in the further
report.
 Forming
The team members get to know each other in this stage so that they would be able to work
together which is very important so that the tasks can be completed on time. The team members
have to get along so that they would be have a one track of direction and achievements are going
to be higher which are very important for the company to have in this competitive market.
 Storming
There are a lot of ideas and discussions which can take place in the market so that there is
going to be higher functioning. There has to be good direction of sense so that there is going to
be higher functioning and that is very important so that there is going to be higher functioning.
Problems and conflicts are going to rise in this stage so that there is going to be higher
functioning which is going to make the functioning higher (Umezulike, 2018). The focus and
performance has to be good and functioning of the organization has to be higher so that there is
going to be higher focus and stage has to be present.
 Norming
There is going to come in more clarity of working which is going to be required so that the
group would be able to develop themselves accordingly. The team members are going to discuss
the distribution and the ground rules are going to be set so that there is going to be good
functioning.
 Performing

In this stage there has to be good relationship’s which are going to be present so that there is
going to be higher performance which is going to be present (Gordon and et.al., 2020). There has
to be effective and smooth functioning so that there is going to be higher functioning and team
work is going to be higher so that there is going to be better functioning.
4. Action plan
Three years University needs to be improvement is going to be present and higher
achievement so that is going to be higher functioning which is going to be good operations for
myself.
