There are a lot of challenges which are present in fulfilling a task and there is going to be
a detailed reflection on this. It is according to the issues and problems, there is going to be an
action plan as well which is going to be present so that there is going to be higher performance
level which is going to be present so that the task can have maximum outcome.

There are three challenges which are going to be discussed in the report further which are
T-shirt challenge, Apprentice challenge and presentation challenge. These challenges have to be
improved and made sure that right decisions are being taken so that the knowledge is going to be
higher and individually the targets and goals are going to be achieved as well which is the aim of
everyone.

Presentation challenge
It is very important to have good presentation skill According to the time period and
frame which has been provided by the teacher. That is the time frame we just provided to all the
teams and in that time frame it is very important that important discussions are being discussed.
During these important discussions it is very important to make sure that the communication
between the topic and the audience is common (Lyken-Segosebe, 2017). The environment which
the colleagues are in and their capacity to take and information have to be high in order to be
able to achieve the success. Understanding the audience and then using the right technique to get
their attention in the information which is being passed is very essential and can be very helpful
for the team to be able to give out the right information.
Apprentice challenge

Tuckman Theory of teamwork

are forming, storming, norming and performing which are going to be discussed in the further
