INTRODUCTION
In order to improve business performance and quality of outcomes, the term managing
business activity plays an important role. Managing business activity has a special contribution
in strategic planning and functioning. In every organisation, three basic activities are essentially

The present research report helps in understanding the concept of managing business activities.

considered. This organisation is facing issues in few areas such as inadequate leadership and
