Introduction
The assignment is based on the extraction of five peer-reviewed journals. The assignment is
constructed in the form of an annotated bibliography in which a number of concepts
regarding business activities are evaluated. With the help of this assignment theories and
approaches related to the organizational activities are discussed and their effects are
scrutinised. Various factors that are discussed with the help of this assignment are
organizational governance, risk and uncertainties associated with firms, the impact of
environmental forces, different business practices and functions of diverse organizations. The
articles or journals that are studied for the assignment will help in shaping the policies of the
leading banks of Australia. The study will help the managers in constructing their policies
and strategies in the most effective manner so that they can fight the competition and at the
same time can persuade their potential consumers.

risk management ERM approach in an effective manner. Every organization is surrounded
by a number of risks and uncertainties. In some critical situations, it becomes essential for
the organization to initiate activities in order to overcome these factors. With the help of this
study, the author is trying to evaluate the decisions of different organization in order to adopt
ERM approach in their risk management operations. With the help of this research, it can be
evaluated that there are a number of reasons that can motivate the organizations to adopt the
ERM approach like increasing cost of operation, poor performance of employees, reducing
reserves of the firm and so forth. Aside to this, it can also be analysed with the help of this
article that a number of CG or corporate governance practices such as independent decisions
of the board members has also motivated the firm to adopt the respective approach in their

On the basis of this study, it can be commented that it is extremely essential for the managers
to forecast regarding the risk going to take place in the organization and make sound policies
in order to overcome them. The organization can likewise try to make use of the ERM
approach for fulfilling this purpose.

primary objective of the article is to evaluate the impact of corporate governance on the
relationship of corporate social responsibility CSR and ethics of the business. In this
study, the author had tried to conduct quantitative research and has collected the data with the
help of questionnaires. The primary data is collected from small and medium-size enterprises
of north and Middle East Africa. The data is analysed with the help of structural equation
modelling. With the study of the research paper, it is evaluated that ethical practices have a
positive impact on the governance and CSR policies of the organization. With the help of
ethical practices, the managers are able to maintain a strong bond with all their stakeholders
i.e., the consumers, the employees, investors and the suppliers of the organization. Corporate
social responsibility or CSR plays a major role in developing a relationship not only with the
shareholder but also with the stakeholders of the organization.
On the basis of the information collected from this article, it can be said that it is extremely
essential for the managers to function as per the ethics of the organization. Aside to thi,s the
managers should also try to undertake effective CSR practices in order to satisfy their major
