INTRODUCTION
Managing business activities is a crucial task for the organization because it includes several
aspects that enhance the scope of growth and success. In order to manage business dimensions in a
successful manner, it is essential for the organizations to accentuate on quality aspects. Hence, in
such aspect, present research study has been developed for ABC Company who is facing range of
issues related to poor management, inadequate leadership and improper management. Apart from
this, researcher has also discussed the ways through which organizational activities are mapped
according to company's aims and objectives. Considering this, research study is also emphasizing
on organizational systems as well as procedures and how it aids the business entity to meet quality
standards.
Quality standards of ABC Company are needed to be appropriately monitored and the
process is discussed in the subsequent research study. Afterwards, quality gateways and cultural
aspects of ABC Company have been discussed to develop the overall business performance and
productivity. ABC Company is also emphasizing on risk management systems and that is discussed
in the current study. Legal framework and legislation for the business are also described briefly in
