INTRODUCTION
Managing business activity is defined as the process of monitoring the whole business through
the use of technology by which management analyses opportunities and threats in the business in order

of evaluating the external and internal factors. For conducting the present research, there are two
organizations and they are the Cool Car Company (CCC) and South Central Ambulance Service, a
NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS). The report will consist of two tasks. First task includes the processes
and functions used by CCC and designing of goals and objectives by which organization can utilize
their resources in an effective and efficient way. Further, second task includes quality standards of the
business as well as various rules and regulations for the organization.
