In an each and every organisation there are various organisation departments which would
be interconnected with the each one of processing units. Such as like production, sales, marketing

There are various departments which would be create interrelationship between other departments.

their workplace. These are the problems like poor management , lack of performance effectiveness
and delay in operations departments etc. taking this problem in perspective, it is necessary to for
recruiting and operating all such departments which has interconnected through the whole
organisational process. So in that situation management will focus on these problem and make sure
to resolve all these such problems which are create a render impact on the organisation activities.
On the other hand management will ensure to be resolve al these problems with the help of some
development plans. So in that situation organisation will properly focus on their goals and
objectives . The plan for this has been discussed below:
In first step organisation set strategic plan, in this plan will focus on budgeting function will be done
in effective manner . Where as in an organisation focus on all estimated budgets which will be
consider in their such activities. In that point organisation focus on proper budget allocation where
ABC companies are attain sustainable profits.

high time for the management to take steps which can bring the change and again carry out the
activities in relation to their vision and mission(Storbacka and et.al, 2013). There are certain
practices which can be adopted by the management of ABC company in order to apply the change
and take positive monitoring over it. They are:
Conducting Training and Development Sessions: By having the sessions of training and
developments for the people who are less efficient and making them efficient will help them
and the company both in a broad way. It will help the employee in building him/her
professionally competent and bringing efficiency in his/her work and if employee works

assess the risk at a workplace and those are: A proper check should be made in order to grab the
