INTRODUCTION
Managing business activities to achieve results emphasize on successful planning and
management of business operations. It provides knowledge and skills to employees to design
and helps in implementing the system. Operational systems are designed to develop
effectiveness and efficiency to achieve desired results. It shows interrelationship of business
processes and the implementation of operational plans. It also determines the maintenance of
quality system and safety measures in attaining satisfactory results. ABC Company has been
selected for this project report. Further, the report majorly focuses on different organizational
processes and functions.

1.1 Evaluate the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of company.
As an operational manager of ABC a recruitment company, I have observed the overall
organization structure (Oyemomi. et.al. 2016). The main problem of ABC Company is its poor
management and ineffective leadership. The company faces deficits and all these are the causes
of organizational failure. The business processes is a collection of inter-dependent activities and
tasks. It creates service as well as products for business clients. Following are different business
processes recommended to ABC organization to improve the deficiencies of the organization:

corporate governance. It helps to determine several factors such as business plans, risk
assessment, management of risk, financial objectives, roles and responsibilities of
