INTRODUCTION
Managing activities to achieve results is a part of planning to have management of
successful working activities. This includes the training of the employees to impart them
knowledge and brush up skills so as to work efficiently and effectively in the organization to
achieve the targets. To attain the desired results, employees need to understand the relationship
between business process and the implementation of the operational plan (Ajmal, Helo and

candidates in any sector. The company is facing the problem of poor management, which
inculcates leadership problem and also inefficient working of the management. This report
mentions the importance of the business processes for delivering the outcomes, which are based
on the goals and objectives of the company. Further, the development plan of each area for
implementing the operational plan is also described here considering the different systems,
which are used to improve the performance of the organization. Lastly, it also mentions the
management of health and safety factors in the working place.
