Managing business activities are also known as business activity monitoring(BAM),most
of organization follow this managing activities because by this they can easily minimize their
risk and raise the profit and brand image of the organization. These actives are based on
functional structure where planning and development department divide the whole work into the
teams and appoint one team leader (Trevino and Nelson, 2010). By applying these strategies they
can easily evaluate the performance of each section. Moreover,head department raise the
efficiency of employees by giving them appraisal, motivation, promotions. Managing business
activities are based on some standard format which are as follows. Like first planning department
collect the whole data and compare with their company previous data (Pohl, 2010). Then this
department provide the final report to head department and head person of the firm take final
decision which are beneficiary for the company and employees as well. Further, this activity
clear the role and responsibility like who will give the instruction and who will follow it. by
proper motivation employees raise the level of efficiency and give their best potential to the
organization. Present report is based on ABC recruitment company,it is recruitment company
which hire right candidate on right place. But nowadays this firm,follow lots of problems which
are related to the head management system. So company management department want to
change their strategies and improve their system. This report also include the role and
