INTRODUCTION
Managing business activities is one of the important tasks for attaining aim and
objectives of organization. Financial, operation, marketing and human resource management are
the important functions of a company. So, organization needs to pay attention towards these
functions for getting success (Castorena, Rivera and GonzƔlez, 2013). The current research
project is based on managing business activities and results in different scenarios and situations.
The present study focuses on ABC Company which is a recruitment firm. But, at present, it is
facing some management issues such as inadequate leadership, ineffective management, etc.
Research will try to understand these issues and making efforts to resolve them in an effective
manner. Study will focus on the role of different processes and their outcomes for attaining aim
and objectives of organization. It will shed light on the operational plan and appropriate process
of implementation. Further, monitoring process for further improvement and different
approaches of health and safety at workplace are also being described in the following
paragraphs of report.
TASK 1
1.1 Drawing an organizationās chart and evaluating interrelationship between different processes
and functions of company
According to the given case information, organizational structure of ABC Company is
given below which helps in determining different levels and positions at the workplace.

responsibility is recruiting appropriate personnel for the vacant position of ABC. At present,

organization. For resolving this issue, firm needs to focus on every process and function of
company.
