Company which business is facing issue of inadequate leadership and ineffective management.

designed to promote goals and objectives for own responsibility in ABC Company. Moreover,
smart objectives are stated through which employees get direction in firm and put efforts to
achieve long as well as short term objectives. In addition to this, risk assessment plan has been
carried out by focusing upon legislation, regulations and organizational requirement.
