consideration through the means of SMART objectives. Thereafter, design system has been
proposed to manage and monitor the quality standards within the company along with the
assessment of risks and uncertainties associated with the business activities so that potential
measures can be employed for the better results. Lastly, significance of health and safety
regulations and legislations has been illustrated for the cited firm to enhance the effectiveness of
application of safety policy and procedures.
