REFLECTION 3
Introduction
This reflection demonstrates the conversation with the advisor of SIS. It also illustrates the
conversation with Bio professors.
Reflection on conversation with the advisor of SIS
I have talked with an advisor of SIS about careers related to business administration. From
talking with an advisor, I have learned that there are different courses that I can do after
schooling for making a career in my interested field. For example, the advisor has
recommended me for doing Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree
that is intended for offering students a strong academic base in core business function. These
business functions are related to human resources, marketing, logistics, organizational
behavior, international business, finance, general business administration, and accounting.
These capabilities would be beneficial for me to make a career in business. There is a
different position that I can join after doing graduation in business administration such as
sales manager, financial analyst, business consultant, HR specialist, and market research
analyst (Buda et al 250).
The meeting with my advisor is helpful for me to work with a renowned organization in a
different position. After meeting, I came to know that I should join college related to business
administration courses. Since, these courses not only provide technical skills but also
develops practical skill both personally and professionally. I have learned that graduation is
an essential course to join any leading company. It is essential for developing confidence and
self-esteem (Makalela 212).
After meeting, I got to know that the business administration program is significant for me to
create a broader view associated with the business world. There are several business theories
that can centre stage as a learner and could be applied in a real scenario. A general degree
related to business permits that specialization have some targeted degrees to perform however

it does not make it less valuable. After meeting, I have developed my understanding that a
business administration curriculum is intended for teaching scholars how to plan strategically
for developing organizational value as well as, mastering financial principles. I have
developed my learning that I would have chances for learning regarding the ways for leading
projects across all fields of business (Bakk 25).
Reflection on conversation with Bio professors
Before a conversation with Bio professors, I have a lack of understanding regarding the ways
for performing well in the class. But during the conversation, I came to know there are
several ways for performing well in class like attend class and makes notes, and discuss with
a tutor about issues. During the conversation, I have learned that the professor becomes
interested in their subject. They have shared some tips to perform well in my life. I was
surprised that I have the ability to do best in my life but I was unaware of myself. There are
different kinds of skill that I have learned throughout the conversation such as practical skills
and technical skills (Rotellar 34).
From meeting with my professor, I have learned that taking notes not only supportive for
remembering what I read but also, help the brain for staying active and absorb information in
a better way. I have also developed my knowledge that scholars who contributed in
extracurricular practices have better attendance, obtain higher grades as well as, are more
possible for continuing their education as compared to students who do not attend the
activities (Bakk 25).
Throughout the meeting, I have enhanced my learning that the best thing that I should do to
become the best student in any class is to paying attention to when the teacher is talking.
When I get distracted then I can miss significant data as well as, I would have complex time
for comprehending what to perform and when I have to investigate later (Rotellar 34).
