technological and scientific advancements. There are some pros and cons of using the chatbot
called Sam
Advantages of chatbots
Higher customer service
This catboat will help the customers to stay connected with the company on a 24*7 hour
basis (Brandtzaeg & Følstad, 2017). There is no fear even on the days of holidays, vacations or
on the festival days. The dame is also possible if the students at the university are availing the
chatbot service they will know that they can stay connected with their professors and the other
teammates as well
Increased satisfaction
The chatbots naturally help in improving the level of comfort. The companies like uber,
Delivery Horizon and other many others are using this application so that they can solve the
doubts and queries very quickly without losing any time. The day to day work is also reduced
and is carried on in a very smooth level.
Lower labour cost
Chatbots helps in making the works done in a very timely and also cost optimising
manner. This is because the chatbots carry on the job properly without getting tired or asking for
any extra benefits. This will be the same in the case of the university Delivery Horizon is it will
help in simplifying the project works of students.

Disadvantages of using chatbots
Limited responses
The chatbots do not give a proper answer to all the people. For instance apps like Uber,
log menu often fail to provide appropriate, satisfactory responses to solve all queries (Dam et al.,
2018) The Delivery Horizon at the university level might also not be able to respond to all the
project related questions raised by the student.
Frustration of users
Chatbots like Delivery Horizon might often work with limited resources and fail to
respond to the questions raised by users. Chatbots cannot improvise, and as a result of this they
might make the users lose their patients, and they will get frustrated.
