gathering phase. These sub activities mainly include identify purpose & desired outcome,
identify key stakeholders, get additional help, set clear agenda, share agenda, time schedule,
scribe to document the requirements, playback of captured requirements, prepare and share
meeting minutes. These activities have been divided into three parts i.e. before the workshop,
during the workshop, and after the workshop, as shown in the figure-2. The chosen reference
is important as it provides an easy way that can be used by business analysts to run an
