develop my strength under which ability of mine to gain higher heights in terms of success and
development. It also assist to make personal and professionalism under which productive amount
of changes is addressed. I have also worked on to advance continuous learning by which I have
become more aware about certain development as on repetitive basis.
Kolb's learning style: It is a learning style that is established in 1984 by David Kolb and
it includes four stages that is processed on regular basis and under this productive amount of
