Prepare use case description for system.
The use cases are typically written by enterprise analyst which can be employed during various
stages of software development such as planning, validating design, testing and also creating
online help and user manual (García, 2020). In some situation, it can be recorded the flow of
information by using diagram which providing the brief idea where how Forest company will use
system to manage their wooden product as well as service in global marketplace.

and organizing system requirement. Generally, it made up of a set of possible sequence

modelling. It is used for purpose of conceptual modelling which easily maintain the overall
structure of application in detailed manner. Sometimes, it help for translating the model into
programming code. In another way, it can be said that class diagram is main building blocks of
every object oriented method.
As above diagram, it can be representing the different classes, relationships, interface and
collaboration between them. Since, classes are considered as building block of an application
that is based on the OOPs. Therefore, class diagram will be representing the appropriate structure
to represent classes (Li, Wang and Wu, 2020). It is mainly include product, owner, and suppliers.
These are different classes which mainly consists of unique id for establishing the relationship
one or more classes.

Develop state machine diagram by using business modelling processes.
State machine diagram typically are used to describe state dependent behaviour of
particular object. In order to give a response in different ways on the specific event. Sometimes,
it is depending on state where how they will perform the task in step by step manner (Micieta,
Fusko and Furmannova, 2020). Generally, it is applied on the objects but can be used to any
other elements that has behaviour to another entities.

to understand the process in step by step manner. Initially, customer want to create the account
on the system. If customer select the product for purchasing so that they will choose shipping
method to make payment. Furthermore, it is also delivering the item at the location while
providing the confirmation message to customer. In this way, each and every process are
performing different actions.
As per discussion, it has been identified that state machine diagram give an abstract
description of behavior of system. It easily analyzing and representing by series of event which
mainly occurred in one or more possible states.
Differentiate activities such as value adding, business-value adding and non-value adding.
There are different activities that mainly performed by organization in order to increase
overall enterprise performance as well as efficiency.
Value added activities
These are considered the activities those who mainly added more value to business
processes and products. Forest firm is basically used the new system for attracting a lot of
customer towards their product as well as services. Value added activities are helping in

converting a product from a state of raw material to finished item. Forest company will focus on
the multiple tree to manufacture various wooden item. In fact, it has developed the harvesting
equipment which are made by wood materials (Poels, García and Piattini, 2020). The primary
aim is to complete the business activities which are correctly in first time and useful for business
to deliver the better item, service. Therefore, it can easily fulfilling the demand of existing
customers.
Non-value added activities
These are considered those which do not add any value to product as well as service but it
always inherent part of multiple processes. Customers are not willing to pay for such service
related wooden item. In this way, it has been proved to be burden on the forest organization and
directly affects on its efficiency (Poels, García and Piattini, 2020). There are some valuable
resources applied and also engaged in the completing different activities. Despite the fact that
such activity is becoming slow down the progress of company.
Business value added activities
It is another important activities performed by organization where they can implement
change in product as per requirement. In this way, it help for improving overall business
performance and efficiency in future. These are considered those activities for which client is not
willing to pay but running the process in regular basis. It can be working on control, audits and
reduce the risk. In order to support for maintain value added work in proper manner.

García and Piattini, 2020). As the set of changes within business which require to start with
objective and end with achievement. Furthermore, it will be added more value for customers.
Different processes are divided into different ways.
Operational: The Forest based company include core enterprise which added value stream,
collecting information of service within system. it involves customer details, order, delivery,
manufacturing, supplier. This type of change will automatically improve the condition of
business.
Management: generally, it is including different processes such as corporate governance,
staff member’s oversight and budget. Moreover, organization will change the process while
using budget calculating tool or platform (Micieta, Fusko and Furmannova, 2020). It supports for
identifying future growth rate of business with the help of new technology system. This change
will be improving the business performance as well as efficiency.
Supporting: In this process, it should include accounting, technical support and
recruitment approach. Forest Company is adapting new platform for establishing coordination
between supporting team where they can easily share information from one department to
another through platform.
