How do you evaluate your solution?
In particular, the evaluation of the solution requires certain criteria which include; (i) proper
formatting; (ii) accurate values and description; and (iii) satisfying the given context. Additional
evaluation includes, if appropriate protocol has been followed and that it should solve the
purpose of decision making by stakeholders.
What was the goal?
The overall goal is to include relevant, accurate and explicit information within the required
format.
How do you know if you met your goal?
Furthermore, it should be evaluated based on proofs of concept as well as assessed by other
personnel. Finally, the value of solution also evaluates if it meets the goal.
Review the results from the elicitation process and transform them in to a need for your
project.
Once the solution fulfills the acceptance and evaluation criteria, it should be transformed into the
project using following methods like comparison and contrast with previous similar results. Use
benchmark strategies and evaluate the associated conditions along with results as well as criteria
like key performance indicator and metric.

In my opinion, the solution is a success, as it evaluates all the drivers, challenges, and
effectiveness of tactics and provide facts to help in future decision.

Yes, evaluation of solution is worth, as it includes, associated challenges, results, conclusion
based on benchmark studies, elements of assessment, and insights for decision to be made by
stakeholders.
After a project, lessons learned are usually facilitated by the Project Manager. As a Business
Analyst on the team, what types of analysis would you be looking for on the implementation of
your requirements to make sure they meet the solution's evaluation?
As an analyst, it evaluation include criteria for formatting, protocol, risk, and other related
concerns like relevance and accuracy, if included. These criteria are important, as they constitute
the overall aim of a solution.
