of all the aspect which are the determinants of the decision and strategic evolution.

The company Vodafone has the been an international British company in telecommunication
with have strong brand and customer base representing the worldwide in more than 30 countries
and partnership with more than 50 countries and fixed broadband services in more than 17 local
market(Werhane, 2019).. There is wide scope in the development of the company like Vodafone

partners and 30 countries as established market base. There is wider scope in development of
company along with sustainability in the reference of management.

To be the leader in telecommunication industry by easily connecting the world with single

To improve the quality of life along with unlocking the potential of nature. Enrich the live of
customers by providing them unique mobile communication.

To take the important decision towards the leadership in market growth development strategies.

works at different levels. There are 3 level in company that are top level management, middle
level or business level management and the last one is lower level of management tor operational
level .the employees used to work at all level such at top level the CEO and managing directors
are there which help in determining the goals and objective of company which is followed by
middle level management in making plan and procedure to achieve that objective. The last is the
operational level which work effectively and efficiency to develop the gaols and objective of
company.
