Sometimes I can be timid when working with my team-mates in the group assignment as I
provide them feedback on their work, I can be more timid. However, my team-mates told me to
change this and provide feedback properly without being timid. From this I have realized that
feedback can be both useful and kind when it is delivered in a right manner (Braileanu and et.al.,
2020). After that I have worked on it which helped me to provide meaningful feedback and
productive opinion which helped them and create self-confidence among them. Sometimes I
criticise myself for not doing work properly I believe that I am not showing much efforts even
though I am told I am. In my school days when I submit my assignment I always doubt myself
whether I have done work properly or not. I always wonder that if I should focus more on work
given by my teacher. But with the help and support of my tutor and co-workers I am overcoming
this by making more efforts at my achievements objectively. Now it has made me more
confident while doing work and I am able to see difference in my personal and professional life.
When my teachers provide me more than one work I think this would affect my workflow and
proficiency which has also hinder my deadlines (Woo and et.al., 2019). As I am not able to
complete my work on time if given more projects or assignment at a time. In order to deal with
this, I started utilizing project management tools which helps me to manage my given tasks and
save my time which is precious in today’s world. With the help of project management tools
such as Microsoft project it helps me create a planning properly and developed progress level.
By using this tool now I am able to keep track on my progress and which also help increase my
productivity level. In my past college studies, my teacher told me that I can be too detail-
oriented, they told me this is my weakness. Due to this, I have faced many problems like
ignorance of importance task, stressful work, missed deadlines. In order to improve this, my
teacher told me to do regular practice on prioritizing task as this can improve this particular area.
Now I am able to know about important project and not spending too much time on one little
detail related to project. With the help of this, now I am able to improve my productivity and
enhance my working level. One of my colleague told me that I am not able to delegate task and
roles to my team members. This hit me hard as I believe for future development I need to
improve this area which will help me to handle my team when I will be at good position. So, one
day I decided to complete this task by myself for this I have started using and practicing
management system of project and task. I started taking advice from experts in my known circle.

2. Mock interviews and describing the interview process and the dos and don't
of interviews
a. preferred type of interview
The chosen preferred type of interview type is FORMAL FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW
which is a meeting between a potential candidate and the interviewer that always takes place in a
professional manner. The reason behind choosing this type is with the help of formal interview
candidate can express easily in front of interviewer, and they can communicate effectively. With
formal face to face interview, the employer who is going to take interview can easily decide and
make decision whether or not the applying candidate is suitable for the particular vacant position
in the firm (Woo and et.al., 2019). With the help of this interview type, one can build trust
between each other and foster relationships in a strong manner. By having this interview type,
one can have better collaboration and enhance greater productivity level. Not only this, this type
of interview process can also lead to more creativity and know about each other’s innovation,
knowledge level, ideas etc.
b. Analysing chosen interview type
By applying formal interview, the employer can know about the understanding and skills
of candidate. They can easily know about attitude and behaviour of person and their way of
talking with others. This method is efficient in their own way as interviewer and interviewee can
enhance their one-to-one meeting. For example-
Interviewer- hello good morning could you please tell me about yourself and your
qualification details?
Interviewee- good morning sir, my name is Robert Steven. I live London and my
qualification is PG in business analytics.
Interviewer- tell me about your strengths and weakness ?
Interviewee- sir, my greatest strength is my communication skills and dedication towards
work. I work well with my team-mates which helps me to complete task on time and
never missed a deadline of task and assignment given by my teachers. But I think I need
to develop my weakness that is my patience level, as I lose my patience level sometimes
which has created a lot of issues between me and my team-mates during assignment

work. In my school-days this weakness impacted my strong relationship with my friends,
so I think I need to work on it with the help of some practice.
In this way, the formal face to face conversation takes place between interviewer and
interviewee.
c. Dos
Firstly, the candidate needs to be in a proper formal dress code then only they can
impress the interviewer. Wearing business formal dress with positive body language and
good communication skills can impress the interviewer. Carry your identify proofs,
qualification documents, certificate if any, resume and any additional course document.
Secondly, it is essential for candidates to review the questions that the interviewer will
ask you and not interrupt in between (Arora and et.al., 2020). Make sure to prepare a
questions list that could be asked by the interviewer and you want to know about what the
company is going to offer.
Always make sure to do research on the firm success and achievement as interviewer
may ask you about it (Buonpane and et.al., 2020). They might ask you facts and
interesting questions about the company which you need to answer rapidly to get
selected. If you don't know the answer just say trust rather than giving wrong detailed
about what they have asked.
Always keep eye contact with the person who is taking your interview and the candidate
must make sure to always sit upright so that the interviewer can see self-confidence in
you.
Always look interested in all the questions which is asked by interviewer this will make
them believe that you are making one-to-one conversation (Teixeira da Silva and et.al.,
2020).
Make sure to give thank you smile to interviewer for their time and efforts in reviewing
your resume and giving you chance to interview for the job opportunity.
d. Don't
Always make sure not to go with poor body language as it will impact your personality in
a negative manner.
Always avoid carrying mobile phones in between the interview process as this can create
negative impression in front of interviewer.
