and big data has maximized a lot in the last few decades and an important challenge for
various companies is in understanding how to influence them in order to develop values of
business. Nevertheless, the literature acknowledges the significance of these matters but little
work has addressed them from viewpoint of the organization. This paper examines the
challenges that are faced by the managers of organization who are seeking to become more
information and data driven to develop values. Experiential research consisted of a mixed
techniques approach utilising a study of Delphi with the practitioners via different forums and
various interviews with managers of business analytics in various organizations. The case
studies of the organizations reinforced the findings of Delphi and highlighted various
challenges of focal areas that is the company require a clear data and strategies of analytics,
the people those are right to influence a cultural change those are driven by data and then to
consider information and data ethics hen utilising data for advantage those are competitive.
Becoming driven by data is not a issue related to technology and it demands that the
companies firstly arrange their departments of analytics of business to comprise of the
business analysts, IT personnel and data scientists and then integrate the capability of
analytics of business with their plans of business in order to undertake the challenge of
analytics in a systematic manner.
In this research paper, the project management methodology that is used is agile using
a model that is having four dimensions. The research design is also done in the research paper

that is the Delphi study will be a great help to the business analytics. The Delphi technique is
a method of survey and that is used in order to take opinion from large group of experts. The
procedure of Delphi helps to build consensus via a series of questions those are structured.
The phase 1 of the Delphi study is brainstorming, second is narrowing down and third is
ranking. In this research paper various case studies are mentioned where the role of business
analytics are mentioned. The main contribution of this research has been the identification of
the important challenges that companies face in creating their capabilities of business
analytics and recommendations has been given that the organizations can follow in order to
develop or extract big data into the value of business. The research paper says that business
analytics is a compound matter depending on the ability of an enterprise to bind more than
one resources and abilities. This research paper presents an ecosystem of business analytics
for various companies that add to the body of knowledge of the scholars by recognising
important areas of business in order to address to accomplish this change.
