From the carried out survey the results depicts that the most the peoples or
respondents visit the wellness centre like the g-spa for Mental/Physical relaxation from their
daily life as most of the respondents are mainly full time employed. According to the survey,
the maximum number of respondents are from the East Singapore, thus for the new centre of
g-spa this location can be a best place to reach out maximum number of customer if they
provide pay per use schemes as most of the people only uses the centres only for 3-5
months each year.
In addition to that, it is suggested to specifically target the female customers as most
of them had never been to a centre. Furthermore, it is also important to offer pay per use plan
with the monthly budget up to $250. As most of the users spends 46-90 minutes at the centre
therefore, it is also suggested in order to provide 30miute sessions/ user in order to make a
reasonable profit. Moreover, the main concentration should be provided on the services for
the Body relaxation due to the maximum demand of this service in the customers/respondents
along with the clam and relaxing environment at the centre. The cleanliness of the centre is
also important for the customers in order to repeatedly visit the wellness centre. As the
respondents are not interested in travelling a long way to reach the wellness centre the
location of the centre must nearest one to the target group of customers.
