targets and company can earn more profit. An employee should have decision making skill

objectives are accomplished. Nowadays, trends are changing and it is important for an employee

company can earn more profit.
Leadership skill – leadership skill helps employee in influencing others and work can be
completed within the given time. In an organisation work is divided in teams and leader is made
so that they can handle all the things and motivate their team members to work efficiently.
Learning skill – learning skill is essential because at the workplace there are many things
which an employee should learn as it is beneficial for them in their future growth. Learning
