framework. A strategic management framework can be defined as a framework that helps the
managers of an organization to understand the key constructs, themes and concepts associated
with the organization (Cristiana and Anca 2013). The mentioned framework chiefly reflects
principles, structures and axioms of the organization. The chief elements of a strategic
management framework include 1. The business construct and the objective strategy, 2. The
capability of the employees and 3. The activities involved in strategy formation as well as
execution.
