Business awareness and continuous development plan is basically strategy that used for
companies to identify the need and requirement of resources. This report will discuss about the
different factors that affects the entire performance of the companies in the modern business
environment. It provides the opportunity to determine the internal measurements in order to
response towards their external business process. This assignment will describe the significance
of continued learning and development plan which help for people to build their careers.
Business awareness is required for each and every organization to achieve their goals and
objectives. Furthermore, It also develops personal continuing professional development Action
plan in this report.

External factors is the important concept in the business process because it can help in
both positive and negative ways. These factors will increase the profitability and productivity of
organization in the modern business environment. There are different types of factor discuss in

Chipchase and Bretherton, 2017). Sometimes, it also positive impact on the business for
commitment towards the law as well as policy that help for managing and controlling the
business activities. Climate change is also become common threats in the business which
recognized on the basis of decade and also increasing the issue related the global
warming.
ï‚· Technological factors- This factor is basically used for evaluating the alternative with
respect to the technological. It is the important tool for improving the business operations
and functions. This factor is affect the external business because many companies used
strategic planning by using the technology. This is the useful for increasing the

goods and services, distributing and communicating etc.

therefore, it decreases the Purchasing cost, Total supply chain cost, production cost etc.

also includes interest rate, disposable income of consumers, economic growth, exchange
rates etc. In this way, this factor involves the different trends in the economy and achieve
their goals or objectives (Foucault and et.al., 2018). Each and every organization follows
legal regulation that help for employee to provide the equal rights to every people. This
factor positive impact towards the business to provide the job opportunities to their
citizens.
ï‚· Impact of e-commerce and internet- Internet and e-commerce is the modern
technology that help for organizations to promote their product and services by using this
technique. It is directly impact on the business process whereas many customers directly
interact with the e-commerce website to check the details of product that's why, it will
increase the efficiency and performance of the business activities (Links, 2018). In this
way, it will increase their productivity and profitability in marketplace. Sometimes, it
negatively impacts on the sustainability and business because the official website is slow
and not maintain on time to time (Upitis and Brook, 2017). This will create negative impact
in front of consumer. They can move to another organization. It is required for each and
every organizations to manage their business process in effective manner.
