operation of the organization or an individual. It is defined as the relation which is between the
management and employment (Bortolini, Galizia, and Mora, 2018). Bad news is the term which
affect the overview of an individual with drastic change and negative impact. Bad news has a
great impact on people where they take work on the top priority which also create an impact on
the relation (Barata, Da Cunha, and Stal., 2018). This report will cover the strategies to overcome
from the bad news and convert into the positive and effective manner. There are two part of this
report which includes literature review and methodology (Brummer, 2018).

overall information with the help of different sources. It is basically focus on secondary research
information in efficient and effective manner. Secondary information can be collected from the
scholarly sources which includes newspapers, journals, articles and others. It is also identifying

following report the research gap is employment relationship and delivery of negative news
