INTRODUCTION
Undergraduate students face so many problems in career which is considering as
challenges in life. Students looking towards future never focused passed. In graduates face so
many competitions in life so always take challenges and go ahead because challenges are good
they learn lot of things in life (Bekele, 2019). In relation to this report it is based on study of
Cadbury. It is British multinational organisation which is trading in confectionery business.
There main product of organisation are Dairy Milk chocolate, the Creme Egg and Roses
selection box, and many other confectionery products. The paper considered as different
business function which is internally correlated to each other. These functions main motive to
achieving objectives of organisation. In this also learn about various skill which is necessary to
undergraduate students.

Business functions are important for an organisation in order to easily achieved goal and
set objectives. Managers developing strategies because functions can be performed effectively
and efficiently. All the business function of company linked together so work should be
performed in effective manner. The main motive of business functions is coordinated to each
other so easily can be achieved goal of organisation (DePauw, 2019). Management putting lot of
efforts in order to business functions perform proper manner so discuss below.
Finance-: Finance is important concept for an organisation without these business cannot
survive in future. There are conduct so many activities which is monitored by top management.
Sound business model only establish when financing in proper way. Other business functions
cannot be performed effectively without these. In context of Cadbury, Finance department of
organisation also coordinated with other functions like finance & marketing, finance & human
resources etc.
Marketing-: Marketing is help to conduct a marketing activities in orders to easily
achieved sales target. Mangers developing new strategies to promote their product and services.
In reference to Cadbury, marketing function includes various kind of sale promotions which

Presentation skill-: It is skill which is essential for those students who possess master
degree or any kind of professional course (Leki, 2017). Undergraduate students after completion
of graduation so take admission in professional course so must need to learn these skills.
