how organisation makes money (Business canvas model. 2018). It is developed by Alexander
Osterwalder. G1 Surveillance can use this concept in its corporation which provide help to
conduct the business operations in successful manner so that company can achieve its objectives
and goals.
G1 Surveillance is a corporation which is manufacturer of CCTV scanner. Company
produce this product for security purpose as because crime rate is increasing day by day. So this
unique business idea can help to minimize the illegal and unethical activities. There are various
unethical and illegal activities such as robbery, stealing etc. Management committee decided to
establish the business at London, Barton Road. There are various competitors of organisation
such as : Hampstead CCTV cameras Installers, DTS London etc. Crime rate at London in
November 2018 are as : robbery – 2982, other theft – 10701, bike theft- 1548, burglary- 7883.
Key partners : This is divided into basically two categories to above proposed business
plan. In suppliers division contains supplier of information technology and partners involves
channel partners who can promotes the business of organisation. It helps the company to
maximize its reach so that profits can be increase. Key supplier is AERI Sells who provide
electronic parts. Safe Tech Systems Ltd is the key partner of organisation (Wallin and
Thompson, 2013).

Key activities : There are various activities which provides help the company to sustain
in the market for long time. Organisation always emphasis to provides quality products which
can meet the demand of consumer as a result they can satisfy. Manufacturing, selling, installing
and maintenance are the main key activities which are performed by corporation.
Value proposition : It is the essence of business, organisation emphasis to provide
quality products so they can create their product value as a result brand image can be enhanced
and it attracts the consumers to buy products. Product of company is beneficial for the purpose of
safety and security and durable also so consumer are ready to buy it.
Consumer relationship : To create and maintain healthy relationship with consumers is
important for an original’ business conception which help it to maximize sales by capturing
more market share. Accessible consumers service through phone, website, email helps to make
strong relationship with persons. Corporation customise products as per needs and demands of
consumers so that their desires can be satisfy. Consumers can make payment through various
options such as: debit card, credit card, net banking and cash (Massa and Tucci, 2013).
Consumer segment : It is important for an organisation to analyse the consumer segment
so that right consumers can be targeted by the company as a result it can grab more market share
and generates more profits. Company use business to business system and it direct deliver its
manufactured products to the whole seller because they can purchase in bulk.
Key resources: It is requires for growth and sustainability of organisation which help it
to maximize profits. Main key resources are such as: employees and suppliers, building,
technology. Financial sources such as : banks which provide financial assistance to the
organisation so that it can run its business effectively.
Channels : There are various advertisement channels which help the organisation to
maximize its market reach so that more consumers can aware about the products of company.
Corporation promotes its products through social media tool such as Facebook, Instagram,
holding boards etc. Social media is a very effective advertisement tool which has a wider reach
towards the consumers and it is cost effective as compare to other advertisement tools.
Organisation sell its products to the whole sellers which means it deals in business to business.
Cost Structure : The cost structure of organisation contains the cost which is involve
advertising & marketing cost 1000 pound , rent and leasing- 11850 pound.

While doing this project I have faced various problems which can affect the performance
also. By getting the valuable feedback from my peers I get to know distinct types of problematic
issues which are highlighted by them. Peers suggest me to use Gibbs model so that issues can be
resolve. Gibbs reflective cycle has been described below :
Description : In this project there is a organisation has been taken that is G1 Surveillance
and for that we select Business canvas model so that effective model can be establish which help
the company to get success and grow its business. There are nine parts of this model which are
as: key partners, key activities, value proposition, consumer relationship, consumer segment, key
resources , channels, cost structure and revenue streams. These nine elements are very important
and suggest about the plans and strategies which can be used by corporation to grow its business
in a productive manner.
Feelings : Before starting the project I was feeling nervous that how I should start and
what are the challenges can be occur and who will guide and support me, what the key activities
which are more focused by me and my group members, how I will achieve my targets as per the
plans. But I was very excited to about this project because I am always curious to learn new
things so that my skills and knowledge can be enhanced. While preparing the business canvas
model I was happy that I will learn new things that how a model can be effective to get the
success and growth in the business and what is the importance of this. I feel that my group
members are supportive and help me in every situation during the whole project they also give
some important suggestions which can provide help to make appropriate plans and strategies for
the growth of organisation.
Evaluation : My good experience is that I learn new things and concepts. I learn how to
work in a team and how it provide support to all team mates so that targets can be accomplish as
per the desired manner. I experience that how important is to select an appropriate business
model so that plans and policies can be frame according to it which provide help to achieve the
targets smoothly and efficiently. I think that me and my group members does not able to
complete the task with in stipulated time frame as a result work has been delay so I feel this is
not a good experience for me.

Analysis : With the help of analysis I get to know that I do not planed the activities in
appropriate manner that how we will start the project and what resources are required to conduct

business operations and generate more profits. There is need to develop observation and
analytical skills which provide help to understand the situation in a better way so that effective
decisions can be taken. The positive experience is that every person who involve in this project
put their maximum efforts and very curious to learn and perform as per the required manner so
that targets has to be fulfilled. There are various problems has to be faced while doing the work
which are needed to be resolve so that performance can be enhanced. So there is a need to think
innovative as a result lacunas can be eliminate from the business model which provide help to
achieve the organisational goal and objectives. The feedback has to be given by the peers which
is helpful to identify problematic issues as a result plan can be successful.
Action plan : To perform the work in effective manner there is corrective actions are
required to be taken so that work can be accomplish as per the preplanned strategies. I do not
want to repeat these mistake which are I have done already. For that I have to make an
appropriate action plan so that business canvas model can be applied in more effective manner as
a result objectives can be achieve as per the plans and organisation can expand its business.

The first step is make objectives as per the nature and type of business and it helps to
fulfil aims. Without an appropriate objective plan can not be successful. So I will make clear
before doing a project that what I have to do and in which manner so that goals can be
accomplish successfully.
Task : To make an effective action plan it is necessary to delegates the task as per the
skills, knowledge and abilities of group members so that efficiency can be maximize. I will
delegates the task as per the capability and speciality of the person who are working with me in
my group. As a result productivity can be enhanced and targets can be fulfilled as per the desire
manner.
Successful criteria : Success can be identify when all persons will perform their roles
and duties as per the requirement and targets can be achieve.
Time frame : To develop an effective action plan it is necessary to complete the task as
per the stipulated time frame so that needs can be fulfilled. If all persons of group perform their
roles in specified time frame than chances of delays can be eliminate.
Resources : To develop an appropriate action plan it required resources and without it
work can be done. Their are various resources such as : man, money, power, material. To utilise
all the resources in effective manner can help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness as a
result targets can be fulfilled.

be done as per the desire.

For the improvement I will motivate my team members so that they think innovative and
generates new ideas which provide help the organisation to perform its business activities in
effective manner (De Reuver and Haaker, 2013). Moire investors can be introduce in the
business as a team partner so that they contribute their capital and put maximum efforts so that
business of company can grow. Partners plays an important role in the corporation and they
support and contribute also so that company can achieve its goals. To maintain strong and
healthy relationship with consumers there is need to get valuable feedback in the form of rating
so that organisation can know how much a consumer is satisfy with the products and services of
the corporation. Different – different persons will provide their valuable suggestions and ideas
and those suggestions provide can help the G1 Surveillance to make essential improvements as a
result more number of consumer show their willingness to connect with the company. As a result
market image can be enhanced which is helpful to generate more revenues.
To increase the profits organisation can directly sold its products to the customer so that
its market share can be expand and it can generate higher profits. To promote the business local
campaigns can be use by the corporation so that more number of persons can aware about the
products and services. To analyse the demand, preference, likes of consumers research and

of persons. So these are the various improvements which can be implement in preparing the
