My soft skills are grown naturally whereas, hard skills are developed with the training and study.
When I have analysed these skills I have taken a self assessment for choosing up the right career
path which will help me to develop my future career. I have research about different careers
during the self assessment and ask many friends about the better career path which will help
me to develop my future. I have asked the career professionals such as consolers which helped
me to analysis my career path. I have explored the new knowledge for working on the hard skills
which will help me for my further development. I have chosen the Human resource after
analysing my career paths which help me to grow in the business.

I have a better communication with the proper skills and abilities which help me to choose the
right career path and the will help me with my professional interviews.
Patience- the third key strength is patience, it will help me with my internship where I have
learned most of the things and this shows my dedication towards the work. I have learned this
when I used to do long term projects which might not get the proper outcome and it will allow
me to get the automatic responses which improves the ability at workplace.
I have a weakness with not having proper knowledge with the specific software
technology and having a too much responsibility at my own hand, having a hesitation about the
difficult tasks. I have been always thinking about the tasks which are easy and simple this is the
biggest cause which is creating a weakness.

I will overcome this challenge with my proper communication which will improve the
employee's effectiveness as well. It will help with the better planning for future success which
help to achieve the goal. As the patience can also be a challenge for the staffs for not
completing the task patiently as well as not having a proper communication which reflect the
patience as well. I can overcome this challenge with using my strength, as I am very patient
about using my skills and completing my tasks which help me to get a proper result. The next
challenge can be having a better use with the technology which create a barrier for the
employees as I have a better knowledge on the uses of technology it will help me to overcome it
with my strength.
Lacking of using a technology creating a major challenge, which occur when the people
do no know the better use technology due to lack of technological training, I can overcome this
challenge with using my key skills of having proper knowledge about the use of technology
which will me to develop the further skills as well. These strengths will help in future as well to
overcome every challenge, with the help of these it will necessarily identify the barriers which
creates a obstacle for staffs as well.
