I have a better communication with the proper skills and abilities which help me to choose the

Patience- the third key strength is patience, it will help me with my internship where I have
learned most of the things and this shows my dedication towards the work. I have learned this

about using my skills and completing my tasks which help me to get a proper result. The next
challenge can be having a better use with the technology which create a barrier for the
employees as I have a better knowledge on the uses of technology it will help me to overcome it
with my strength.
Lacking of using a technology creating a major challenge, which occur when the people
do no know the better use technology due to lack of technological training, I can overcome this
challenge with using my key skills of having proper knowledge about the use of technology
which will me to develop the further skills as well. These strengths will help in future as well to
overcome every challenge, with the help of these it will necessarily identify the barriers which
creates a obstacle for staffs as well.
