INTRODUCTION
A business project is related the commercial entities that deliver the project for their
potential consumers. In this report, it is based on the LTR as housing association operating in
Luton with mission to provide the better quality of housing facilities for local community with
particular focus on the providing assistance. Generally, LTR is operating from various location

In general, Business should be described the different options such as “Do nothing
option” and “Do the minimum we can”, “Do something else”. These options are completely
related to the concept of new project which is mainly starting by an enterprise.
According to case study of LTR (Luton Town Residences), The financial team will try to
perform the tasks by using Excel spreadsheets, word documents and Sage one accounting. These
are consider as shared folder on the enterprise server, restricted the access of unauthorised
people. Sometimes, financial team will establish a better coordination with maintenance team to

Personal Reflection
Description- This unit that was online was a very good learning opportunity as well as learning
experience for me. The reason is that several things are different when we study online compared
to when we study in classes. During this unit we studied some case studies, that we were
required to read and summarise (Li and et.al., 2020). Along with this we also had some reports
that we were required to read and answer questions given in report and these activities were in
group. During this unit we were required to use different skills to learn and understand better and
these skills include communication skills, verbal as well as written, team-working skills,
effective listening skills and time management skills. Overall we did many activities in this unit
and during online session. This unit helped me in identifying positive as well as negative aspects
of my skills and knowledge.
Feelings- Before starting unit and online sessions I was curious and anxious about how the
experience will be. During online session of the unit and while doing different activities such as
reading and summarising case study and reading report and answering questions I had different
feelings. These feelings were natural that one is likely to have during different situation of
success and failure. This means that when I was able to understand question and answer that in
group I was feeling good and excited on the other hand when I did not know the answer and

specifically when I was asked I used to feel bad. However, after unit and session I was feeling
good because many activities happened and I gain several new experiences and I was also having
more knowledge than earlier and these were making me feel good and ore confident. Overall
experience was good and positive for me.
Evaluation- During unit and session certain things that went well includes my communication
skills and because in online session it was two way communication I was actively involved in
communication (He, Parkinson and Doyle, 2018). This made me realise that I have good verbal
communication skills but I do not have good written communication skills because many of the
time I could not write fast and accurately. My participation in group activities such as reading
and answering report was balanced, this means that I was not actively involved in answering
questions but I also was not completely passive during activity. However, sometimes because of
lack of attention and concentration I missed some information which later made me feel bad and
it was important negative aspect of my experience because this happened more than once. I
realised that sometimes staying attentive and concentrated becomes difficult during online
session of unit. However, everyone's support including teachers and peers made overall
experience pleasant and positive.
Analysis- The reason that experience were positive and negative were because of the support and
guidance of teachers and peers. This means that whenever I missed any kind of information that
provided me that information. In addition to this, one of the biggest element that made this
experience positive was engaging activities that we did during unit. This means that reading and
summarising case studies was interesting as well as engaging and enabled me to think critically
and expand viewpoints to understand different perspectives (E-portfolio, 2019). In addition to
this, reading report and answering them was also interesting and in group experience became
more positive and interesting because everyone was equally contributing which made
conversation and activity interesting. In addition to this, experience that I have had, was
significantly different from what I earlier perceived about it and this also made it positive and
favourable. However, one thing that I perceive negative was my inadequate contribution in group
activity compared other group members. But my communication during session was very
effective and this allowed me to gain effective understanding of the subjects and concepts that I
found difficult. One more element that created negative experience was ineffective problem-
