INTRODUCTION
Business is an activity of tactics which helps in generating revenues by rending their
products and services. The organisation can achieve their targets by managing their affairs. It is
the branch of education which helps in pertaining to plan, executing, supervision and analysis the
functions of enterprises so that they can attain their objectives in an effective manner. This
assignment is based on the Luton Town Residences which is operated in Luton with an objective
to provide housing facilities to local community who are residing their which focuses on
providing help and support to vulnerable section of society (Hmida, 2018). They managed and
owned into two divisions like General Purpose Housing and Supported Housing. This report will
be discussed about the problem which arose due to COVID 19 in Untied Kingdom. Further, the
different options are discussed to solve the problem with the use of Weighed Score- Card.
Moreover what are the pros and cons of that options. Lastly, the report has discussed about the
timescale in which the benefits can be realised.

Reasons behind this project, problems and background
The aim behind this project is to accomplish the solutions of problems of Luton Town
Residences. It is the case study of Housing Association which is located in Luton. There main
aim is to provide living facilities to vulnerable peoples. They have a centre office situated in
Luton Town Centre. They also managed and owned two blocks of housing which are separated
office of General Purpose Housing and Supported Housing. They provide facilities for the
general purpose of living and and supporting team (Finchum-Mason, Husted and Suárez, 2020).
General Purpose Housing department which has an duty to manage the general issues
within their areas. For which they have finance team, maintenance of facilities team and team for
customer service. If anyone having any kind of issue they they first contact to customer help
team and further they can move as they needed.
Supporting Housing Department also provides the different teams to provide and manage
the different facilities. They also have Personal Coaches so that they can full fill the needs of
every individuals.

pandemic situations of COVID 19, they failed in providing services to them as they faced many
