sector. In this business case analysis, the two companies selected for the comparison are
Microsoft and H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) and these two are known under world most ethical
companies.

Governance structure of an organisation integrates various junctures in the company
and establish the authority that controls over compliance, legal, risk, finance, management,
audit and almost all organisation matters. Considering Microsoft and H&M, it is important
