While studying at University for Foundations of Business Management, I felt great as I have
gained huge insights about business and management in a company. In my first week at
university, I had to attend online classes because of pandemic of COVID-19. I was more curious
together with excited for meeting tutors and colleagues for absorption each information in the
lessons. In the module, I was required to gain understanding about distinct categories of needs
together with requirements of company which are related to variant projects and determine
specific management approach for attaining goals in future effectively and efficiently. From my
learning in week one at the university, I can state that I was happy and motivated for being part

knowledge about transformation process. In same week, I learnt difference between leadership
and management along with its influence and directions at workplace.

determined, involved and overthinking. In the weekly module, I and my group came with more
challenges as everything was interactive as well as I was more pleased to find that I can
effectively speak English in front of colleagues without embarrassment. I learnt about operation
processes and implications of 4Vs in a company. I also developed that analysing operations is
